Grace has formed-up there! I'd never thought it could happen under only 17 degree waters, which is terrible for tropical storms. It'll die off by morning (i think).

- I have been tracking storms since I was watching Hurricane Dean. I think that my tracking skills have put me in a great advantage. For example, I tracked Cyclone Nargis almost perfectly correct, I prected three days from Ike's landfall or more that it would hit galveston, and I predicted Alma would, in a way, cross into the atlantic.
